* Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

* Domestic orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
* International orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Duties

Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, M2Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. M2Lashes is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
